• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days

Refund Process:

2. We'll provide you with return instructions and shipping label
3. Pack items securely and ship back to us
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
5. Refund issued to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used, worn, or damaged items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Shipping:
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
• We recommend using trackable shipping method

Exchanges:
Free exchanges available for different size or color within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@pasco-live.ca. We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund or replacement.
